Lean Mass Cycle

first timer here....
Been lifting (on and off ) for 5 years or so. I 've gone from 140 to 195 (height 6'0). I've reached the limit of how much I can grow w/o assistance.

I would like to put on 10- 15 pounds of real mass that stays on, not just water weight. I briefly used Andro and put on 10- 15 pounds pounds and most of it stayed.

As for food, I can put down a good amount a day 3500- to 4000 Cals.
How does this cycle look for lean muscle gains.

Deca-Durabolin (1-8)
Stanozolol (1-6)
Proviron(6-8)

u need 2 do some more research oN decca. i see that u r missing test from your cycle.

I believe you can reach much more weight before you hit your limit. maybe not, but surpassing 190 is very doable wihtout gear. i hit 205 natty at 6'2" and i could have done 220 before starting, but i got too impatient, lol.

Anyway,

For a first timer, definiteley run testosterone E or C for 12 weeks at 500mg. Nice and simple. Kick off with some dbol 25mg if you want, but keep it simple the first time.

I second not using winny first go. I took provi with my first cycle too.
Using deca only will result in you not being able to get a hard on at all while on.

just go with test only. you will get the weight you want
