come on somone must know. I calculate my daily food intake at www.fitday.com . However, they only have info on ground chicken, not lean ground chicken.

Hey bro....

The leanest ground chicken I have ever found still had about 7 grams of fat per 4 oz. Protein is the same as standard chicken. Hope that helped bro. You can tell its not as lean because you can swallow it without choking to death. Out
