lean ground beefs and cracka rices

has been my diet for the past few weeks.
is that very healthy? it sure is easy and quick to spin up
what's the lowlow?

i can't see anything wrong with rice though, it's seems pretty much a empty source of calories

white rice is fine around mid-day, I wouldn't eat it in the evenings, though. A couple cups of broccoli or zucchini would be fine for evening carbs.

what if you are absolutley not concerned with gaining weight, regardless if it is fat or not?
i eat about two cups a day plus a lb of beef
that alone, is it healthy?

No greens? Or fruits? It would be ok for a while, definately cheap, but you'd probably become nutrient deficient. You scurvy dog, you.
 
'dats a whole lotta red meat....

Why not Turkey or chicken or even some fish? Cripes, I'd tire of the same ole, same ole.

IS that ALL you eat??? If so, how the hell do you live off that little food??

What about fruits and veggies? Do you eat those?

Personally, I'd get some variety in there (chicken, fish).

A pound of beef a day? That's 1 - maybe 2 meals (well, part of a meal).

oh no, there is plenty of other food throughout the day
plenty of veggies/fruit and other meat/protein

As long as it's part of a balanced diet, sure.
