Lean Bulking

Another post has been up recently about the necessity of either bulking or cutting on a cycle "either increasing mass while adding a bit of fat" or "decreasing cals and preserving muslce while burning fat". Why do people think they can't loose weight and gain muslce at the same time. So many people with a clean diet using more "cutting type" drugs ie. test/tren/eq/var/etc claim to add mass while reducing waist size. How is that possible then if they are not doing a strictly cutting cycle or bulking cycle... or perhaps those big cutting and bulking cycles are prodominatly for pros' who like to go to extreemes in weight gain and loss over their cycle. Hmmmm...

what exactly are you asking ? ?
i lean bulk... i put on size while keeping my b/f low and always staying ripped, not getting round and puffy, therefore no need to follow it up with a cutter.

There are mixed opinions about this. And it really does not matter which way you choose. It is possible to gain lean mass without gaining fat and it works weel for some people. It works for others to add a ton of mass then lose the fat.

Also...the general idea of "cutting AAS" and "mass building AAS" is simply no more than an idea. Sure, some AAS enhance different aspects of the metablosm...but the bottom line is that all AAS make you body sythesize protien better. The common idea as Tren for a cutter comes simply from the "heat" or metabolism boost, BUT...Tren is one hell of a mass building AAS. Mass versus fat loss, or lean gainer versus bulker os all directly proportional to diet and cardio.

In the past I've gotten a little fat trying to bulk, especially with all the water I was holding. It's hard for me to gain any size unless I eat enough though. Tough to stay lean as I go, I don't let it get too out of hand though. Never lose sight of my abs altogether.
