Lean bulking cycle! Help please

Sup guys, im going to start this lean bulk cycle next week,im 209 lbs and 5'10, about 11% bf
The gear ill use is sust,eq and tren.

Sust 500mg, eq 400mg first week
Sust 750mg/week 2-14
Eq 600mg/week 2-14
Tren ace 50mg/eod 3-14

I also have arimidex on hand, should I use .5 e3d? Or what?
pct will be 3 weeks after last sust inj, hcg and nolvadex as well.

Its the second, first was pure test e for 8 weeks 500mg,didnt use adex havent got any gyno but little bloat.
