This Bulking & Cuttin thing drives me mad. I'm at about 9% BF right now. When I get past 11-12% start to look bad. Then when coming to 14% for my figure and body type I look just terrible without a shirt on. Beach time is coming so I would prefer gaining some muscle and not fat tissues. Experiences and Suggestions? Last time I ate about 4000 cals a day and got 1 pound of fat gain for every pound of muscle gain (NOT a good ratio). And I ate super clean, lots of protein, high quality carbs and low fat.
