what do u guys think
i want a real hard bulk vascular look
First off, 250mg EQ weekly isn't going to do shit.
Second, how about just an "improvement" cycle. Not a bulker, not a cutter. But an "improvement" one. Decide what you need to improve to move one step closer to the ideal body that you want and then decide what training and AAS method will get you there.
Hard to really tell without pics of you. But 6'2" and 15% BF (if that is accurate, get it tested and you may be surprised.) isn't that much info for the rest of us to work with.
Basically you have 7 weeks to do this. (Since you said Dec, I am assuming the holidays and starting my count from Nov 1st)
7 weeks to make visually altering changes? It can be done. Adding weight makes you appear bigger. But softer if you add it too fast.
Losing bodyfat (note I didn't say losing weight) will make you appear more muscular overall even if the scale and measurements say differently.
How about a cycle that is geared towards 3-4lbs LEAN SOLID muscle gain? Anything more than that is unrealistic with the boundaries (time frame, etc..) you have. It will give you another step in the direction of the body you want to have. A journey is nothing more than a series of small steps over time.
Also, you can use this time to select 2 body parts to really focus extra on. Give them priority. If you need more upper chest thickness. Or maybe your triceps needs extra attention. Pick 2 and focus on them first. You can let another or two bodyparts slack off with less than max intensity when training them to keep your CNS stable and not fighting for recovery while you devote more attention and effort to the other two body parts. Then next go around you can swap up the parts and focus on the other two that you allowed a bit extra rest for the last 7 weeks. Your whole body doesn't grow at the same pace as individual muscles respond different and require a different type of training and recovery for them to reach their potential. Use this time to discover what it is that works best for you and forget things like "bulking" and "cutting".
