Lazy Juice heads bug me

Ok.. yes I'm just ranting and probably just jealous. But I've been working out for 3 years and for the last 2 years have had over 5500 calories a day (-/+ 500) I don't eat junk food and always get over 250g of protein if not 350. I work out 2 days on 1 day off and very rarely miss a day. I pay close attention to make sure I don't over train and I work out with everything my heart can muster. I'm 6' 203lbs and hover between 9- 11 % bf. And I'm natural.

Now, my friend has been working out for 2 years hardly eats, and when he does it is shit.. he works out twice a week sometimes he'll go a week straight but that is rare. Half the time when he goes to the gym he'll be like.."I don't feel like doing legs today. I think I'll do arms". Even though the last time he worked out which was 4 days ago was arms as well. And he does a half assed workout, and spends most of his time talking to people.

Now he is 5'8 225 lbs with 8-10% bf.

Blame it on genetics, the massive cycles he is always on, or just stupid luck... either way I'm disgruntled and extremely jealous.

Ok.. I'm done

By the way, I have nothing against juicing, there are plenty of guys at my gym that juice and are huge, but worked for every ounce of mucle on them.

The real juicers at your gym probably think your friend is an idiot for using lots of drugs and not getting the most out of them, so don't let it bother you. At my gym it is pretty much a given that you cycle, and what seperates the bigger guys is the fact that they are commited to training and eating right.

Sounds like you may be a little overtrained. Either way you can build you body by working harder or smarter. I think hard and smart is a good combination as it will let you build an excellent physique by using small ammounts of gear.

Sincerely :nopity:

I agree with gwl....

Don't be jealous of your friend because I'm sure there are things about your physique that are 'better' than his. He probably feels the same way about you.

Keep up the training and remember that all good things come to those who wait ( and work hard).

I don't think I'm overtraining. At least I hope I'm not.

I don't feel lethargic... and my body parts always have a minimum of 6 days between them before I hit them again.

I always feel excited and energized to go to the gym. I get a good amount of sleep. Hmm.. mabye I am. How do I tell?

Opportunity versus Effort: We all know someone who falls into this catergory, weather it be in bodybuilding or life generally. It is often apparent that someone has been "given" a gift, and it is equally apparent that those around him/her become frustrated as a result of having achieved less with more.

With the time and energy you have already expended worrying about this slacker, you could have pounded out a few more reps at the gym thereby getting just that much closer to your goals.

DON'T SWEAT IT!

Doesn't sound like you're overtrained.

Yeah i agree ti does not sound like you are overtrained. Well then the difference must be genetic or it's the juice. Just do a light cycle of EQ, won't do ANY harm and you will learn a good lesson.

Even with the forces of Dark Side you may not catch up with him. Some people are just genetically gifted, they are born-jedis. Their metobolism just works differently then an average person. I know lots of people who are ripped to the bone without any excersize, drugs and diet. There are people who get huge muscles without busting their asses in the gym. So, its up to you if you want to close a gap, try some juicing but learn about it thoroughly and set your goals. Once you get hooked, there is no end to it, next year you may come around and ask why Ronnie is bigger than you :D

I've thought of doing it. I have some local connections and I have a fairly good knowledge of AS as I've been lurking this board twice a day Since April 2000...

The main reason I don't want to/ afraid to do AS is because a long time ago I did an incredibly misinformed and naive cycle of Test Enthanate and ended up getting gyno. It's not really noticeable now and I know how to avoid it if I ever did AS in the future.... I guess I just had a bad first experience and it turned me off for good.

If I was going to do a cycle, I could get Winstrol, Sustanon 250, clomid, HCG, Deca, Dbols, clomid, or nolvaldex tomorrow (no armidex though)if I desired.... and without getting too ripped off. I just don't have the nerve since that one time.

PS. I think I can say I'm completely natural because I was 150 before I did that ill fated cycle, I went up to 172 or so, but a month after I was off, I was down to 145 heheh. So I'm pretty sure all my muscle gain is natural.
