Has anyone else completely hit the wall? It’s getting harder and harder to get my ass to the gym! Anyone else having the cold weather blues? :bawling: :bawling: :bawling:
 
ME!!! I cannot wait until it gets warmer...I have a lot more motivation when it is summer time and I HAVE to look good. haha....actually...I always try...but half the time it never works.
 
training wise I would train 24/7, I love it - but I know that would just wear me down since I overtrained a lot in track in the past.

but where I hit the wall is eating - it is so hard for me to get enough food in and keep it all down lately.
I think I'm just gonna toss everything in the blender. mmmm, supreme pizza shake ;)
 
this past week has been hard on me in terms of getting food in... i haven't been able to eat as much nor have i been awake for very long.. i tried to do a bit of arms last night at home but that's all i've managed.. :(
 
i need to be training at least twice as hard as i am now and eating better too

I can't WAITT until it gets warmer so I can hit the park for some jogging or rollerblading....the elliptical machine is getting so damn boring
 
I make it to the gym roughly everyday during the week... usually missing a day, and then one day on the weekend.

I just got off a cycle, so that is probably why it is hard for me to get motivated... I'm about 2-3 weeks off... I will probably start some VAR when I finish the clomid.

I just jog/rollerblade outdoors in the cold. I like it, it's exhilrating, and you burn off more cals! I don't care too much for being sweaty in the cold after I've cooled down tho....:cold:
