Lawsuit against Cracker Barrell

Anyone heard anything about a lawsuit against Cracker Barrell Restaurant?? That is my favorite breakfast place ever. Love their hashbrown casserole!! Anyhow, supposedly some black folks are suing Cracker Barrell saying they have been discriminated against because "white folk" are getting seated way before them! Hmmm...maybe that's why they call it "Cracker" barrell...

I was in front a a indian and a mexican and a black at Safeway and they too felt discrimated upon.

I pointed out that the first person man/woman can exert their rights to be there regardless of race/color/religion but they said that is B.S.

What can I say, the constitution is irrelevant to such "minds."

We must be aware of other peoples "feelings." Maybe it is just me
but I always felt the bill of rights said it all. Not just for some of us who understand what it means, but not for those who don't understand it, as they do not deserve to be listened to in anycase.
