latest update on my first cycle

A brief summary: 32yrs old, 6'1", starting weight approx. 184lbs. 400mg test cyp a week for 10 weeks with 4 weeks of dbol at 30mgs at the start. Liquidex .5mgs/day throughout.

This is the first day of my 4th week. Stepped on the scale, and I weigh 205lbs. Getting stronger every week. Feel good all day long. Bp averages about 120/55, but this past week it has been about 150/70. I feel fine and have no other sides. after this week I have 6 weeks of test only left. I think i will slow down my eating a little, dont want to get too fat. I think I will set a goal of 2lbs per week for the next 6 weeks. then start PCT. I think now is a good time to think about how im gonna spend my off time after PCT. wanna get as lean as possible before starting the next cycle.

Options would be clen, or ECA, or the like. Well thats all for now. Any tips or advice is welcome. Later bros!
 
thanks bro. i hardly believe it myself. im just a little skiddish about how much im gonna lose during PCT since im gaining so much. its my first ride i guess i will just see how it goes :) everyday i walk in the gym everyone wants to know what i weigh. its kinda funny.
 
Cant you specify more on the strength gains, you dont have to give real numbers just like how much you have gone up on certain lifts.

Provided you're not gaining too much BF, be careful with dropping calories PC. Keep em high at least through PCT.
 
thanks guys. as for the calories i think i will just cut them back a little for the rest of the cycle. its amazing what you can do with a few months of legitimate research and planning :) as for strength gains, deadlift on week one was 405 for 4 on last set, this last saturday i did 425 for 6 on my last set. i have gone up 6 reps on my last set of bench. i keep detailed ledger of every workout and i notice that every week that the weights from the previous week are too light and i get the reps i want too easy. i just hope it keeps on coming!

the amount of weight you'll loose, depends on how much of that weight is muscle, fat and water. Water will go down yes or yes. Fat will go down depending on your diet; since you're planning to get lean after cycle, you'll lose fat weight. What you must avoid at all costs is catabolism (muscle weight loss) for that you have to be very careful with your diet, plan a good and effective PCT and support yourself with good supplementation. For that last part you need to know yourself.
