Late workout meals?

Starting cycle Monday with only Sust 550mg/wk w/arimidex.05mg/ed. First cycle in 3 years. My problem is I can't get to the gym til 7pm every day so that puts my post workout meal very late. Do you guys have any suggestions for good post workout meal cals /c/f/p ?

What are your goals with your cycle?
 
My bad. My goals are to cut as much bf as possible while maintaining strength and size. Hopefully around 215-220 @ 10%bf. I am considering running clen with it as well but I'm still researching.

Im assuming your consuming a PWO shake right after your workout? You can take it alot of ways actually...before bed you could have a cup of cottage cheese and ANPB or flax..especially if your trying to cut fat...or a chicken breast with veggies and flax.....just depends.....Im not a big believer in carbs right before bed, especially if your cutting..
 
I agree with the cottage cheese recommendation. It has caesin protein in it and will release slowly into the blood stream once you go to bed. Prevents a ton of catabolism while you are sleeping.
 
Yeah my PWO shake is 50g/p 0g/c 1g/f. I chose the no carb shake for the simple reason you mentioned, no/low carbs before bed. Yes I will be having flax with it. I definitely like the cottage cheese plan with an occasional chk. breast w/veg to break the monotony. Do you think I need to up the size of my PWO? Thanks for the input bro.

Personaly whether im cutting or bulking I add dextrose to my PWO....But your works well too...

If you must eat late it is definitely a good addition to your pre-bedtime meal. The flax expands and keeps the food in your stomach for longer so your system has more time to break it down even though your metab has already slowed.
 
It's also good after a large meal anytime of the day.
 
Guys don't you think a PWO shake sjhould have some carbs in it regardless of the time the work out is? Curious cos my work outs tend to be at 9pm
 
i dont know about no dextrose in a pwo shake, you need carbs and protein then.

About 1g of is all you need with your late night PWO, or any meal for that matter. I like taking 1g with my morning meal and last meal and at least one other meal throughout the day.
 
How much dextrose (minimum) do you think ya need to still have an effective PWO? I want to keep carbs at a minumum that late and trying to cut.
