Hour later either two servings of protein being tuna or chicken or one serving protein one serving comp. carb (tuna/baked potato)...then right before bed at 12, i'll down 55g of Pro Complex...does the job for me
thanks to all....sword - I've been doing a ton of research and have been fasciinated by the number of true massive dudes that say #1 dont consume carbs/fats and #2, don't take in fats when your insulin levels are HIGH..which is that 2-3-4 hours post training.........SO, I'm either going to go low or high GI posttraining (might even try the shake concoction while I train which so many do), then a pro/carb meal then bed...........I haavent done the peanuts forever and it's showing big time........shredded.swordfish151 said:I tend to hit the gym at 9pm...before the gym though around 7:30 or 8 I'll have some chicken and steamed broccoli...after the gym around 10 i'll have my PWO shake (50g protein w/dextrose) an hour later, when im going to crash..i'll have some peanuts and cottage cheese....i dont think your shake formula would be detrimental..why do you want to switch it up?

The chicken breast, tuna, and ground beef is always in everyone's diet (but I would buy lean steak and grind it yourself depending on your budget).
pro/carb/fat PRE
Train
High GI carb/Whey Post
low gi carb/Protein PPO
Bed
Insulin release + Fats + Bed = Fat

swordfish151 said:quick advice bro...right now im cutting...so before bed i hit about 1/2 cup cottage cheese and handfull of peanuts...the question is..i wake up in the morning starving..and as of late have not consumed anything right away..get up at 530 and actually dont eat breakfast till i get to work at 730? what do you think i should eat upon waking? shake? 100% whole wheat bread with ANPB?
JKurz1 said:Is it detremental to consume your last two meal of the day in the form of shakes instead of meals? I train late and want to incorporate my final two meals as shakes instead of one shake and a meal. It would be oats, eggs, skim and casein, just not cooked. Does this matter?
