Late Night Post Work Out!

I am trying to gain as much Lean Muscle as possible with out the extra fat or water weight.

I dont have a choice but to work out around 930pm 2-3 times a week. I was wondering your feelings on having a no carb/no fat protien shake and gluitimine around 11pm.

And i know after a serious 1.5 your work out we get those hunger cravings, Rinsed Tuna bad?

My goal is to really cut down on my body fat!!

Other then that my diet is excellent. Really high protien low carbs nothing after 6. Only good fats being taking in right now! And 3 shakes a day.

Always keep the carbs in your PW meals...doesn't matter if it's late, your body will use the carbs to replenish gylcogen.
 
Try getting them liquid form at least. Dont munch on pizza or anything else late at night.

OR take a weight gainer in beetween your workout and once your done have a huge protein shake with zero carbs.
 
What is a good source for post-wkot carbs in the form of a liquid?
 
Aren't those complex carbs; low in glycemic value? Wouldn't you want something like juice and donuts etc?
