man if my knee was 100% i'd be going 4x's harder in the gym.. I ripped my ACL this summer and have been takin it easy at the spa. It still hurts to balance my self out doing iso curls. In a few months i'm going to be in full D-bo mode again, this injury just sucks bad man, its not like something you can just walk off.

Yeah dude. Not doing it too big. Did T-bol for 4 wks @ 40mg ed. (1 week I did 12.5 mg while waiting for new t-bol to come in). In wk 4 of Test e 250 mg EW.

Great sense of well being, confidence, all lifts are going up. It made my recovery ridiculous. My shoulder was like instantly healed lol. My lifts are unimpressive, but if you consider the fact that I had the strength of an 11 yr old girl 4 wks ago i'd say it's amazing. Libido's never been a problem for me, cept when I was on the tbol w/o test it wasnt quite as through the roof. W/ the test though it's back to normal plus some. It's hard not beating it 4-5 times a day lol. The gym's a breeze. I'm very impressed :)

Yeah bro. It's great. Shit like cable pulldowns. First time back in the gym I did like 20-30 lbs. Now I max out the rack (most I've seen on one so far is 270) but still I get a could 12 reps a set out of my shoulder. W/ good form all the way to my chest. It's a beautiful feeling.
 
I can't wait to start hitting the gym hard again, I love working out so much, my knee done fucked it all up and ruined my whole system

Yeah bro, just make sure you give it all the time it needs. I was out 6 months for my shoulder and as fat and disgusting as I got, I don't worry so much about increasing weight in the gym & my shit snapping like a chicken wing lol.
It feels so fucking sweet to get back in, you'll get swolio in no time.
