ok i know this is late coming since im already in my pct, but i thought id share. i did a 5 week cycle of anapolon and had good results. the first week i started off with only 50 mg/day and didnt notice anything other than small strength gains at the end of the week.
second week i bumped to 100 mg/day and this is where i started to notice gains. i gained strength and size. my bench went up about 25lbs and i gained about 6 lbs while maintaning my bf%. i will admit it was somewhat of a puffy look though.
third week i went to 150 mg/day and continued gaining. i gained another 7lbs and my strength raised a little more than the previous week.
for the fourth week i started to drop the dose back down to 100 mg/day and managed to gain an additional 3lbs but without notices in strength.
fifth week i drop to 50 mg/day and and didnt gain or lose any weight. although in week 2 i saw a puffy look by week 3-4 it seemed to harden and alot of people noticed.
im now on my pct and taking clomid for 3 weeks. im on my second week now and so far i have lost 2 lbs but cant tell. overall im happy with this cycle and may consider doing it again.
my workouts consist of 1st day-chest/triceps, 2nd day-back/bi's, 3rd day-shoulders and legs, 4th day-rest and repeat. i do abs daily as well.
my diet is as good as i can get it considering im in iraq and we have a cafeteria with set hours. i intake atleast 250 g of protein daily and everything else is a surprise depending on what is available.
