lat exercises, techniques..

seated rows 4x 12-10-10-8
one arm dumbell rows 3x 12-10-8
bent-over barbell rows 3x 12-10-8
pulldowns 4x 12-10-10-8

training for 4 years, but always changing my routines

Try some of the various intensity techniques like rest pause, descending sets,
super sets, etc. to break out of the duldrums and force your lats to pay attention and respond to the new stimulus. No one can say with certainty: if you do this or that, then they will grow. You must use all the weapons at your disposal to find what will eventually work for you. Good luck

Try not to involve your biceps when pulling down, keep those shoulders down as you go. I think everyone has a sertain bodypart that doesnt want to grow. Some people it's calfs, some lats, some biceps or triceps. For me, it's my fuckin uppermid back.
