Bro, please don't blame the mods for this. George very rarely checks the open forums here. If you really need him, you can count on getting a prompt response from the customer service ticket center, just click on the CONTACT US link it will take you there. They really DO answer those promptly.

George has also told us that he wants all customer service issues off the board. This is so everyone takes advantage of the support link.

We are just doing what we are told bro. Not sure who deleted or moved your other thread(s) but I am just giving you an answer here.
