This will be my 5th cycle

1wk. frontload 300mg deca m & t
frontload 300mg prop m & t
1-10 arimidex eod
1-10 150mg deca m & t
200mg prop m & t
6-12 100mg winny ed
12-14 clomid ed
14-25 bridge.20 avavar ed

I also have saw palmetto,milk thistle and ala
I hope to gain 10 lbs and lose bf%
what do you guy's think??

There is no need to front load test prop because it is a very fast acting ester... You can front load the deca if you want, but a frontload should really last two weeks, and I don't really see the need for it in this cycle.... Test prop should be injected at least EOD, preferably ED for optimal results... You are going to have less than optimal results running it just on monday and (thursday - making an assumption there???) ... I would also run the arimidex until the end of clomid therapy.
I would switch to a longer acting testosterone ester if you are only going to be injecting twice a week and i would skip the frontload because i don't see it's necessity in this cycle...

I was not sure of the prop front load thanks..but, prop eod??

yeah, it's a VERY fast acting ester.... prop has a duration of effect of I to 2 days in the body, therefore at LEAST EOD administration is necessary for optimal results and stable blood levels of the subtsance...

Hey, WILL....with a good diet a hope to gain 10lbs. and my bf% to be lower(13%??) then it already is.What do you think?????

THE PROP HAS SUSPENSION IN IT SO SHOULD I STILL DO IT TWICE A WEEK OR EOD??

ALSO PLEASE CRITIQUE THIS CYCLE IF YOU SEE ANYTHING ELSE WRONG WITH IT!!
