I got three more weeks of my tren ace and test e cycle. I started cuting 4 and a half weeks ago went from roughly 205 to 195. I want to drop another 15 before the end of my cycle. I was training for strength up untill now. I was wondering how much i can cut calories and how much cardio i can do before i actually start to lose a noticable amount of musscle. I know it is hard to lose muscle on tren but it still must be able to happen. I plan on making my weightlifting time lower/upping cardio time and increasing reps/lowering sets. Any advice would be greatly appreciated to help me achieve this, even advice on foods to help keep me more sastified during a calorie deficit.
