I am starting my thread with this post. I have not received my product yet.
I will start with my diet and excercise routine.

Now, I am currently trying to lose weight, not get ripped necesarily, but lose some fat. I am currently down, as of January 5, to 231 from 258.

Here is my diet:

Meal #1
2 whole egg + 4 egg whites

5 oz. very lean meat

1/2 cup oatmeal - before cooking

Meal #2

Protein Drink: 2 Scoops Ultra Size or Ultimate Muscle Protein, 4 TBS heavy whipping cream, add enough water to make shake or pudding the consistency you desire

Meal #3

10 oz. lean meat

6 oz. sweet potato or 2/3 cup cooked brown rice

2 cups vegetables (broccoli, etc.) or salad with 2 TBS. Vinegar and Oil Dressing

Meal #4

(same as meal #2)

Meal #5

10 oz. very lean meat

2 cups vegetables

Salad with 2 TBS. Vinegar and Oil Dressing

Meal #6

Okay, I am following the workout routing from the ebook burn the fat, feed the muscle. I recommend it.

I cycle the workout like this:

Monday: Shoulders/tricepts
Tuesday: Back/Calves
Weds: Off
Thursday: Chest/Bi's
Friday: Thighs/Hams
Saturday: Off
Sunday: (start this cycle over again)
I am currently (causing I am trying to lose some fat) doing 30-40 minutes of elicptical everyday.

Later on I will post some before pics from November, then pics now, then pics later on, and so on.

Please feel free to post anything you want here.

I like to keep it detailed, cause when I was starting out, that is what I was looking for.

yes it is actually, but I am stuck at 230, and am not losing anything.
Would uping the eliptical to 40 minutes help?
 
Ok, my stuff came in today, tomorow will be the official start. Dosage is:
Dosing: 1 cap 3xd for 40 days

Anyone know what the dosage is of the PCT/Retain, I know it is early, just curious.
 
Stick with the diet if you just started it. I would slowly up your cardio....too much too quickly and you can only turn to more calorie cuts. Let the diet do the work first. Let cardio be an extension of it, not the other way around.

It arrived already! Great!

As for PCT-

Retain 3x a day with food spread throughout the day.
PCT Same

Day 1: Starting Point.
I will probrally NOT update everyday, would be a VERY long post. But this is where I am starting.
232 this morning.
took my first Test Pill.
 
Day 2, January 8

Nothing to report today, was an off day. I was 234 this morning. Might be because we went to dinner last night.
So far I have not noticed anything. Nothing unusual.
 
I fluctuate 8lbs a day! :(
I am starting to cut down as of today too! I am giving myself five months to get down to 6 to 7% body fat. I am sure it will take every last day!

I think it was c-los, would have to look, but anyway posted in my journal that it will be about 10 days.

Yes, it will take an average of 6-10 days.
Just continue on th look out....you never know ;)

January 9th, Day 3:

Nothing today, sorry guys. I did have that "well being" feeling today like you have when you are on AAS, more alert, feeling good, etc. It is Monday, could be from a relaxing weekend though and lots of sleep, but will report it cause that is how I feel today. Nothing out of the ordinary with the workout, it was just cardio today due to work schedule. Same diet.
234 again.
 
January 10, Day 4:

Had that feeling of well being again today. Workout was good, I did not tire out easily as I normally do. I have not noticed any strength gains yet. No sides out of the ordinary. Everything is normal except for the well being feeling right now.

Today was shoulders and calves.
Same meal plan as tonight.

I added some Micheal Anthony BBQ sauce to the chicken, it is by far the greatest BBQ sauce yet. I also have his mustard. Try it out, madanthonycafe.com, and for those of you who dont know, he is the bassist of Van Halen (Greatest band ever).
 
January 11, Day 5:

I was 232 this morning. Still high bodyfat percantage.
Feeling of well being.
Nothing out of the ordinary with my health, so no sides as of yet.
No strength gains.
Everything is normal.
 
January 12, Day 6:
I was 234 this morning.
This was an off day, did nothing, needed the rest. I am feeling pumped up though. Well being feeling.
Tomorow I expect a good workout. Noticing some acne on my face for some reason, not bad, but a few pimps.
 
January 12, Day 7:
Big difference today, like I said before, 1 or 2 pimples for some reason.
Felt strong today, feeling of well being. After every set I felt like I could run through a wall. Now, I did not do my usual 30 minute cardio session before my weights, so Sunday I will try it normally and see how I feel.
Felt a strength increase. Feeling good :)
No other sides so far besides the three pimples on my face, weird.
same food routine, and today was Chest and Tricepts.

THERE WILL BE NO UPDATE SATURDAY, I AM OUT OF TOWN, NEXT UPDATE IS SUNDAY THE 14TH.
 
Day 9, January 15th

Cardio day, no workout yesterday.
Very tired today from yesterday.
Feeling of well being still.
Nothing to report on strength yet. Sorry guys. Wish there was more to report.
Same diet, nothing has changed.
 
Day 10, January 16

feeling of well being still. Great workout. Seems my strength and stamina were greater today, but I also had a lot of sleep this weekend. No sides, the acne I had before is gone, so I cant say it was from the stuff.
Did not get a weight in today, I will make sure to do that tomorow.
 
Day 11, January 17

Weighed in 232 today.
Great workout today, did back and bis. Seems I have a small strength increase, my stamina is better. I am on NOexplode, but have been on that since the begining. Same diet. No sides yet. Really felt good though in this workout.
 
Day 12, January 18
Today was an off day with weights. I did not do cardio. I was SUPER tired today, only because I am studying for some MCSE tests at night. I also went without oatmeal and sweet potatoes today. I am trying to lean up, but I am stuck between 230 (which I was today) and 234. So every third day I will cut those out.
Slept in today, no cardio. Tomorow will be chest and tris. Had a VERY good workout last time so tomorow will be good. No sides to report.
 
Damn. I wish I was down to 230 already. It seems like it takes forever to lean out... LOL. Then I remember how long it took for me to put all the fat back on!
 
Day 13 January 19

Chest/tri day. Felt good today in the gym even though I was tired. Strength is about the same. Same diet.
No sides yet.
Not much to report so far on this supplement. Sorry guys.
 
Day 14 January 20

Leg workout. No notice of strength increase. Good stamina though, really pumped through eatch set, even squats.
Not much of the "well being feeling" this week. I think it has to do though with me being tired from the late nights I had this week. Preparing for a promotion so I have been studying up. Diet is still the same. I was 233 today, sucks.
No sides yet. Other than that not much to report.
Saturday is an all cardio day, and I will report in the afternoon earlier than usual.
 
Day 15 January 21

Cardio day today, good workout though.
Same diet as always.
I have nothing to report today, no sides or really any gains.
There will be no workout or report for January 22, Sunday Day 16.
 
Day 17 January 23

Not a very good shoulder workout today. I was supposed to do calves but have to skip them. Had an upset stomach today for some reason. Didnt feel to good. Decent shoulder workout but by the end I felt sick. Other than that nothing to report.
 
Day 18, january 24

today was an off day. sorry to say the rest of the week will most likely be an off day. I have a Microsoft MCP test coming up friday right before I have an interview for a promotion at work.
Same weight, around 235. No sides, but I am noticing some acne on my face. More than usual. Other than that no sides. I have noticed I am having more upset stomachs as of late, dont know what that is really from though. I will keep everyone posted though. Friday will be the last day of this off crap, just have to spend this time studying and preparing.
 
Day 25 January 31

Back and Bi's.
Good workout today, felt good. I actually uped the dosage to two pills 3 times a day. I have noticed oily skin and more pimples. No strength yet but we will see what happens in the the next week.
