OK I know for a fact that it is 100% legal to walk or drive non scheduled drugs across a US/Mexico LAND border as long as you declare it to customs they are suppossed to allow it entry into the US no probs. (Not true with mailing prescription drugs ONLY Land Borders) My question is :
What is the penalty for declaring a Scheduled drug to US Customs?
(I would think they could just take it and not allow it entry, Its not like they caught you smuggling it inot the US it hasnt even technically entered US teritory while you declaring it)
The reason I ask is because I have declared Prescription Meds before and they didnt even look in the bag to see what they were just told me to have a nice day I could have declared AS to them and they woulda told me to have a nice day.
Has anyone done this before?
What was your results?
seems like if they noticed them they could pretend not to radio a cop or another BP on the US side let you through and let the cop/BP make a bust. I dunno though just curious.
