Just wondering about the area. I am in desperate need of palm trees and ocean and bikinis.
Just checking out places in Southern Cal. to see if any seem like home enough.
Looks to be a pretty decent place, not outrageously expensive.

How close do you live to there?

its not a bad place. removed from any real urban areas, but nice and coastal

the area is nice (up scale) lots of gay people .....you may have a drive to get to work depending on what you find

I live about 20 min. from there ...

as far as what else is nice ..it really depends on what you want and what your price range is

I am a broker pm me if you need in-depth info

Sounds perfect Lestat. How far away from the urban areas is it? Some of the properties I have seen are damn nice.
an hour from Los Angeles and an hour and a half or so from San Diego.. those are your closest big urban areas.

If I can get an offshore job it would be perfect. Either way, I am used to long commutes.

the orange county crush is ferocious. Tho going south ain't all that bad, it's still a bitch. Hermosa with the Toll 73 is a godsend. No traffic to Irvine.

I love the 73 but I grew up in Houston traffic so I don't think it's bad out here. I love driving up PCH along the ocean...except when the summer crowd shows up.

MM I lived in Irvine for several years!

That whole area is so beautiful .... I say do it..

It's very beautiful. You are out of the LA rifraff but close to do everything if you want. You are close to San Diego. You are right at Dana Point, Laguna Beach, and San Clemente too.

The people are really beautiful here too...lol

A this time in my life. I love it. :dolphin:

I've made a lot of sacrifices and worked through a lot of BS to get myself here. I feel very lucky. :dolphin:
