Quick ?

Pondering revamping my split to include 2 chest days, one following delts where it will be all flat, flat flys, and maybe some dips or decline and the other at the end of the week which will focus on incline work, and also some tris............thoughts?

Bench Press to Neck – 10/90, 10/140, 10/180, 8/230, 5/270, 4/290
Flat DB Press - 12/100, 10/100, 8/100
Decline BB Press – 8/180, 9/180, 12/180
Flat Flyes – 10/70, 8/70, 8/70

I don't really like the sound of 2 chest days. Plus triceps and delts usually get worked when lifting chest, you don't want to over tax your muscles. What does your splits and chest routine look like now??

what is the problem with increasing frequency?

i think your capability for workload is too small or you are going in the gym to destroy every fiber in your body if you need a week to recover

I phrased it bad. What I mean is when working your chest your also indirectly hitting both your tri's and your front delts. If I were to have two chest days, when would I be able to workout my tricpes and delts while having them at full strength? For me personally, the only split that would allow me to hit chest twice a week and still give my other muscles enough rest would be:

chest/front delts/triceps
back/rear+side delts/biceps
off
legs
chest
off
off

So I mean you could but i'm sure the split isn't the problem. I would look at diet and recovery first and if they are both in check, I would then consider changing your training split.
