it's nice to get away, even if you are alone in a hotel... you can still be online, rent movies... they must have a gym in the hotel.... you will get to see your hubby at night, and you are close by to support him... I say go

True -- they do have a gym & a spa...... but I can also do all that stuff here (shopping, gym, spa, manicure/pedicure, etc) without spending $560 for the plane fare + the cab fare to the hotel (~ $50) + my own meals & drinks ($$$)

If I don't go, it's only $100.......

Sometimes life is a lot easier if you keep it simple. Its no fun trailing along w/ someone else when you are not sure if you are "invited" or not. Unless there is other stuff there that you can do, e.g. check out the city, sites, shopping, whatever.

Actually I haven't decided yet..... but I need to & am having a hard time....

I know, really......... I can do all that stuff here....

Hubby just talked to a coworker who said to ignore the email saying I can't take the company paid shuttle, etc.....
