coming up and grinding is a big no no. if she's a drunk slut and you're reasonably attractive, she may enjoy it but it's pretty fuckin trashy imho. if she eye fucks you, and you start dancing seductively..and close. that's a different story. what you suggest is ilke putting on the nitro boosters in 1st gear

asking permission is pretty lame too......girls like it when you can take the non verbal cue (i.e. eye contact, girl intentionally dancing in your area) and take charge, but without being a fuckin pervert/disrespectful/gropey.

it's so loud in clubs all communication is pretty much nonverbal. your window of opportunities are small, so you have to realize and act quick.
