Ladies do you have this problem??

I know this is trivial thing in light of recent events but there is something I just don't understand and I was wondering if you other ladies have this problem? Whenever I go shopping or try to order anything from a catalog all the small sizes are gone (in my case Size 4). It seems in catalogs that even though I try to order the same day I get it in the mail my size is gone already. There is always plenty of 8's 10's and up and up. Forget ever trying to find anything remotely cute on sale in a small size. I don't understand I see all these bigger women around why aren't the larger sizes going....and why don't they keep more small sizes in stock?

I am so frustrated I don't have time to shop alot and all I want are a few new things for fall.

hello! i have that problem... except in tops they always have s or xs... but pants no luck. and dresses and skirts actually.

i think the companies stock more of the larger sizes because that's what the economy is dictating.

i'm no woman but i have a similar problem. i'm a big boy and shop at the big and tall stores. seems like everytime i go there i have to pick what's left of the name brands. they have tommy and polo, ect but like always the smaller folk gotta go buy big clothes so they can have them baggy. tees me off too cause i'm trying to find nice things to wear and get the size that is most comfortable. so i see where you're coming from. one day i hope to get there on the first day of the sale and buy the best stuff before the baggy lovers come in and take it all. then i hope they see me walking out with it, bwahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!

ok, back to being serious, i understand your problem. see, men can sympathize and empathize with women.

U live in Texas? TEXAS has the best shopping malls! I LOVE HOUSTON AND DALLAS FOR SHOPPING!

Have you tried in the teen department?

I have to say, even here in Ohio I have NEVER had a problem seeing all sizes...even 0!

You must live in a small town.....pardon the pun!

Seriously, try the children's department.

I take a children's L (Gapkids) or 12/16 (Limited Too or Children's Place). And yes, the teen stores should have things that fit better.

Vixenbabe...no I actually live in between Dallas and Ft Worth only a few minutes from the airport my problem is having alot of time to shop the cool malls around here. I am always working or working out that is one of the reasons I like ordering from catalogs. I will try to give the teen dept another try. : )


Bikinimom good idea about the large childrens clothing, I will try that too. I would have never thought of that.

I know what you mean! Also, what about catalogs that never offer anything under a 4, some don't even go below a 6! I thought all these models were supposed to be size 0 or less, so how are they modeling the clothes they show in those catalogs?
