i need some suggestions about how to beat this shit
stomach churns like hell for the littlest things

drinking protein with water instead of milk also causes this problem anyone have this happen to them

it will take a while for your body to adjust to all the protein - powder will cause bad gas, sometimes cramps, even with water. I think it took me about 2-3 weeks to normalize.

If you can't handle dairy, try soy milk. (they have low fat vanilla & chocolate if you can't stand the taste of reg.) Also - I think there's a milk out that's lactos free from Organic Valley. http://www.organicvalley.com/products_recipes/products.html?cat=1&sub=7
