You lose all of your strength in two weeks?

Either way, it's easier to get it back if you've already had it. But have you had it is the question...

It comes back easier if you've had strength. Your diet is key. If you keep a good diet while not training, a few weeks shouldn't make too much of a difference.

Dude, just keep chugging the Cell-Tech, the shit works miracles.

You should see how much smaller my right leg is now after 1 month.....it's weird-looking...but I know that feeling very well....

hahahaha

I'm going threough that. Funny how I lost strenght but not stamina, no problem to keep up with the cardio but all my muscles hurt like a mofo... I did legs on Monday and today I can barely walk... it sucks

I had surgery that restricted my workouts with exception of my arms and shoulders. I kept working them for the 3 weeks that I couldn't work anything else and when I went back to working the other body parts, it seemed alot easier getting back into them (less loss of strength) than when I went on a 1 week vacation and didn't work anything - Strange!!

Oh! and I forgot, it's not the first week getting back into it that really sucks. For me, it's the second week - after I've spent all of the fight or flight muscle cells during the first week of getting back into it. I hate taking time off!

Train, say your prayers, eat your vitamins and STFU.

im usually twice as strong after two weeks off yea i am.

I am for a couple of reps, but I stall at 6-8. Of course, I'm just getting back into it, so I can fuggin power walk on the treadmill with heavy hands for 6-8 reps. Fuggin diesel, I am.

Ugh I fucken hate that - I'll have taken 2 weeks off because I got strep throat, pink eye in both eyes, and I swear I have this viral infection now....ugh

man, I just look in the mirror and think "I'm getting smaller"

Next week there's gonna be some fucken hostility in the gym

The same happened to me. I eased off a bit in December and then took two weeks of for Christmas. I got a couple of colds in January and suddenly I was as week as a kitten.

It sucks.
