You probably right but it's done now. So now would it be better to run it for a month @ 3 or 5 iu's a day and then test it or do the 12 hour fast and run 10iu's and get it done?

If your wanting to compare your gh results to others on forums that have tested take 10iu then test about 3 hours later. That will tell you how legit your gh is

Just to be sure because I am a dummy.......10iu's on a 1ml slim pin is the whole ml or 100 units right?

Correct 10iu would be the whole bottle and u would dilute with 1ml of bac water
