Got my labret done yesterday. If you don't know what it is, you can't answer my question.

Anyway, was told not to have any dairy for 4 weeks. Would this include whey protein? Anyone else have any experience with this? Thinking of picking up an egg or casein protein jug just to last me for the next 4 weeks.

i've debated one of those before.. had the eye brow thing going for awhile when i was in san fran.. it didn't exactly fit in here in ohio.. at least the part where i live..


did they ever say why no milk products? cuz as i begin thinking about it.. the only thing i can come up with would be the protein in it and getting in there and clogging up the hole and shit.. anyone else know why they would say no milk for 4 weeks?
