Lab test result for Deca Yellow Top

This is a rumor spread on another discussion board and I do not have evidences myself. A fellow claims that LEGIT Deca Yellow Top made by Organon is underdosed to 40mg/ml instead of the 100mg/ml stated on the box.
Have anyone had a legit Deca yellow top tested by a lab? Can you produce the test result? For the peace of mind, you know...

To be fair you never really get 100mg of the nandrolone hormone because the total weight includes the ester which is not anabolic. So out of 100mg of nandrolone you are getting some 30mg of just ester about and that all changes with the length of the ester too. Longer ester means less steroids since the weight is done on the whole hormone.
