E2 once had an awesome post on l-trytophan. He recommended taking 5-10 grams right before bed. He just mixed it with water and drank it. He reported increased fat loss and increased muscle because of the increased HGH? I think that was his point, that the extra serotonin increases HGH. I could be wrong because I haven't read it over 2 years, and in that case that I am wrong flame away, but I think I am right.
