L-Dex on Deca cycle

Would there be any benifits in running l-dex with deca at 400mgs a week?
I know some are going to say add test but what about the pro deca people? What ever happened to the people who said you should run everything seperate first so you know how you react? What about pct for this cycle yes nolva, clomid and hcg on hand(need info on dosages) All opinions are appreciated though.

The main reason why there is water retention on deca is due to progesterone not estrogen. So a-dex or l-dex will not be effective.

Some people report that running winstrol along side deca reduces the progesterone side effects. But I personally have not done this.

Actually Deca is believed to have some estrogen conversion...So it would be mildly effective for controlling some sides...

"they" say deca converts at 20% of the rate testosterone does to estrogen,,,,perhaps save some bucks and just use nolva??

yes wouldn't consider starting PCT without proper precautions nolva,clomid and hcg. Work too hard to loose gains due to igorance.
