L - ARGININE (vasodilator or gh release) ?

I have easy and cheap acess to L arginine powder , and some people tell me to use it as a vasodilator (pump effect) taking it pre workout , and some people tell me to use it before bedtime with empty stomach as a GH release boost.
What is your view about each onde of this use? fact or wasteless?
How many gram each dosage? mix with something for any synesgistic effect?

I haven't really heard of it being good for a GH release, but nitric oxide has a ton of benefits when taken throughout the day. Vasodilation, recovery, nutrient uptake, etc.

If it's cheap, just use it 3x a day, once upon waking wait 30 mins before eating anything.... take it another time later in the day, then before bed.
 
Take it b4 you train and b4 bed on an empty stomach. It was a staple supplement in my diet when I was competing as a BBer. You can also add glutamine b4 and after training. Amino acids should be a big part of you supplementation program and diet they are very important.
