I just make my own in a notebook. The format is usually like this:
3-12-05 Thursday (3 caps glucosamine,3 more)
(2 tablespoons liquid vitamin) (3 caps coral calcium, 3 more) (200 grams protein total)
Trained Biceps and triceps. I ate: ________ for first meal, _______ for second meal, (64oz milk total) (bagel) (dead baby) _______ for third meal, etc....
Then below I may write out the routine if its worth recording. Or I may just write out random routines on certain days. Just so I can look back and see where I was. I type out all of my routines in an online journal anyway, so I dont need to handwrite it all as well. Then I may write my bodyweight at the top of a page along with which day it was taken on and other details. Theres enough room to include everything in a notebook, I find. Ive filled up many over the years. Hope that helps
