knotts after infecting

this is my 8 wk of test and eq
mon injected in delt got a knott there
about a hr ago on thurs i injected in glute and got a knott
does anyone know why, did i do something wrong

An hour is too soon for scar tissue.
I don't think it's too soon for an infection or abcess though. Not sure.


I thought this was going to be a Don Knotts thread.
