Knees & Wrists!

Does anyone know how to tend to "loose knees" and popping wrists? I do a lot of strength training and I use a heavy bag at home for cardio about 2-3 times a week. I've been wrapping my wrists with athletic tape and wrap, and for my knee I bought a knee sleeve which helps a lot. The knee sleeve tends to slide when I run and my wrists don't seem to be going in a forward, positive direction. I've tried supplementing Labrada's ElastiJoint but I can't afford it. I've read that gelatin acts as a good cushion for your joints, and I've experienced it while using the Elasijoint which has gelatin in there. If anyone knows of a cheaper method to supplementing gelatin without the sugars and any other techniques as to how to wrap and secure wrists/knees/elbows I'd like to hear about them. Thanks guys!
