I started doing WSB and this is my 5th week. My knees started hurting alot after DE day Tuesday. They still hurt real bad like it hurts to walk i think it is due to the fact that on box squats I come up so fast i literally come off the ground. This is the same on bench for DE. Should i take a rest off the legs tell my knees are better? And should i slow down the movement for DE, but i know that would not make sense to do?
