I recently started playing basketball again after several years off and at some point last week I seem to have messed up my knee. There wasn't an incident that I can remember off-hand...so I'm pretty sure I didn't pop or tear anything (but you never know)
It hurts on the front part of the knee, just south of the kneecap. When I tried to do squats it was fine on the way down, but hurt a ton when I was pushing up. I can walk fine...but stairs and running hurt a bit.
Any ideas? Think I can lift thru it and play ball thru the pain (thinking its just some deep bruise) Or do I need to leave it alone for a bit?
