Both my knees hurt. They whenever I do ANY leg exercise. Wether it be light or heavy. It is the pattela tendon that hurts for me. More on the right knee than on the left knee. I don't know what to do. I eat Jello twice a day every day. I take glucosamine, choindriotion, msm and hydraulic acid. Along with EFA's and shit loads of water. What could be causing the pain? Is it too much Test? I am taking 1500mgs per week. What the fuck is it!? I want this pain to go away.
They hurt more of course when I'm training my legs. But after that they just ache. I can " somewhat " deal with the achyness. But the pain during lifting is hindering me from going heavy and doing extra reps.
Yes, I already went to a doc. Of course he told me to stop doing what I'm doing. But do you guys really think I'm going to stop training my legs? Come on!
