Knee pain from gear use???

Both my knees hurt. They whenever I do ANY leg exercise. Wether it be light or heavy. It is the pattela tendon that hurts for me. More on the right knee than on the left knee. I don't know what to do. I eat Jello twice a day every day. I take glucosamine, choindriotion, msm and hydraulic acid. Along with EFA's and shit loads of water. What could be causing the pain? Is it too much Test? I am taking 1500mgs per week. What the fuck is it!? I want this pain to go away.

They hurt more of course when I'm training my legs. But after that they just ache. I can " somewhat " deal with the achyness. But the pain during lifting is hindering me from going heavy and doing extra reps.

Yes, I already went to a doc. Of course he told me to stop doing what I'm doing. But do you guys really think I'm going to stop training my legs? Come on!

I hear ya bro, My knee's always kill me with legs. I've tried all different foot angles and streching and soaking but still hurt like a motha.

I get the same problem! I am off my cycle now and the problem is going away. It was really strange, but glad to hear it's not just me. For a while I thought it was accelerated aging or something.
 
1) After years of lifting -- arthritis is inevitavble
2) MANY types of gear tends to dry out the joints
3) Gear = more weight able to lifted = more stress on the joints

Look into Adequan (polysulfated glycosaminoglycan or PSGAG)
 
BUMP THE ABOVE but if u are carrying around extra weight on ur body it will stress the knees and lower back as well, also if u drop a couple of pounds u will prolly have releif, but u prolly dont want to do so

On leg days has anyone used like the thermo knee bands, etc.., I haven't tried them, but i was wondering if it would give more support and take some of the pressure off the knees...?
 
Some of the worst knee pains i experienced was when I was using HGH! I almost had to give up training legs for the first three months I was on it!

Radar...I'm at the point where I will put monkey shit if you tell me it works. But you have to understand that its not my bone joints that hurt. It is the patella tendon on my knees.

My joints never have hurt. Not even on winny. Like I said...I take jello, glucosamine, choindroiton, msm, hydraulic acid. And my joints do not hurt. But man! this patella tendon pain is annoying as hell.

I don't think that spray is going to help that tendon Radar. Or will it??

Do you think that maybe the high doses of Testosterone are causing my patella tendon to hurt?

Does high doses of Test weaken Tendons?
 
Sounds like a damaged tendon Carth. Hubby had the same thing in his right tri. Doc said I probably had a slight rip\tear. He laid off heavy weight for 2-3 months and it went away. I am sure the GH helped.

test is well known to reduce strength of tendons and ligaments, so im guessing the test dose (constant as i know your always on some dose of test) along with the constant pounding of heavy and intense leg days just all adds up to pain and weakness of the knees.....as said in one of the posts above within the game we play joint breakdown over time is in itself inevitable, we can take many precautions to delay this as long as possible such as the jello you take (like myself) and the glucousamine but in the end its just gonna go to shit......i myself am dealing with a nagging shoulder and i feel your pain, not to mention a had my ACL reconstructed 2 years ago so knee pain is just something i live with daily.....hope it all works out for ya bro

i think for 10.99 even if it dont work it was well worth the shot that it possibly could and make things a hell of alot less painful for ya....i dunno but id take a shot at 10.99 rather then a couple thousand going in for surgery (which believe me fucking BLOWS)..........

just lay off them for a little bit i had to.... it tough but if u got good genetics you wont loose much size with them or it will come back fast once u can start training them again. and obviously u got good genetics

So Radar, what do I do then? ONLY put it on leg days? If so....what? Before the gym and then all day AFTER the gym? Because like I said...they only hurt during lifting and for the whole day after. The next day they are somewhat back to normal and by the 3rd the pain is gone.

Carth, r u using tren or femera? Those two do a number on my knees, especially the femera, it kills my knees! The tren not as much, I just have to watch my weights and not go up too quick.

It has nothing to do with the Tren. I have had this problem for a while now.

2 times a day and leg day 15 min before you work them.

And by all means add some jello to your diet 2-3 times a week ,i'm older than all of you and i dont have any joint problems!
