When I squat my left knee starts to hurt as I get heavier. I warm up a lot and I start off really light but it still hurts as i do more sets. it doesn't hurt any other time. Only when i lift.
So, I'm just wonderin what this could be and what to do about it?
Also, right shoulder hurts when i bench or do military press. Same question as well for this.
