i just wanted to start a training journal to keep up w/it on here so i can post my workouts in the same place everytime. this is yesterdays workout ive previously posted.
09/17/04 ME Upper
-clean and press---------- up to 1rm------------175lb
-zott press-----------up to 2rm-----25lb db...couldnt lock out 2nd one b4 stood up..(these were hard and fun)
-inc press------3 x 6-----165lbs
-yates rows----3 x 8----w/135lbs
-face down shrugs----4 x 5 w/75lb db's
-rolling ext-----4 x 8 w/25lb db
