Kind of a stupid question, but I'm making it for the first time, after you cook it, should you put it on ice like shrimp , or let cool and eat at room temp.
use a sciccors and cut up the seam to open the legs up otherwise they will dry. you can cook them on a grill or in the broiler but either way season well and baste ( butter and garlic) basting will keep them moist. they are already cooked so you just want to reheat them and if done to much they will dry thus the basting. when done dip in lemon, butter and garlic made with unsewwtend butter some garlic and fresh squeezed lemon juice.
