i been on ckd for the last ten weeks with stellar results.

so my question is what type of diet would you run with this cycle

suspension/prop 100 mg each 1 cc eod 1-7
winny 50 mgs tab ed 3-7
fina 75 mg ed 4-7
liqudex 1 mg ed (no bloat)

now for the diet

continue with ckd? OR A 50/30/20 at tad below maintanance?

what would you do

my goal is to get chizzled with a little extra rock on my frame, cardio will be 6 days a week with weights in the p.m 4 days a week

Fuck CKD when on gear...Need those carbs if you want to have sick workouts.

Agreed, you can consume a lot and still get the results you're after, even on a cutting cycle like that.

how about the crumcake diet? the ckd totally reshaped my body now looking for icing on the cake.
can you guys give me a diet split you would follow?

thanks fro the speedy replys guys!

Yeah, that was a really stupid question. Think before you post next time, cripes.

Seriously though, moderate carbs a "tad" below maintenance should treat you right.

Not in my opinion. try 150-200g IMO. That's only 600-800 kcals from carbs. What is your maintenance? 3500-4000kcal? Cause that'd be 1/4-1/5 of your daily calories from carbs, which is a good place to be for CUTTING IMO, though mixing it up and going lower carbs every now and then is also good.

Okay then, what is it? I swear to God if anyone mocks me for not knowing I will throw a temper-tantrum the likes of which you ain't never seen.

its in the platinum section or diet section i cant remeber. its called-

"the ultimate diet to get ripped and keep muscle" i think

Well this is what I've did in the past and what I'm gonna do next spring:

Last spring I wanted to get ripped, so the only change I made was doing a fair amount of cardio. I ate at the same maintenance amount (calories, carbs, etc.) I had been on all winter long. I'm genetically slim so I ended up cutting up real nicely and with little to no muscle loss.

Now, next spring when I cut-up I will actually UP that maintenance amount. I will still incorporate the abundant H I cardio along with the weight lifting (of course). The only difference this time will be some added Fina & Winny (this is why I'm going to up the maintenance amount), which will allow me to add some muscle and also reach my goal of getting cut-up. I believe this is the result you're seeking also. By all I mentioned doing last year I know that this method will produce those results the coming up year.

-This was kinda a confusing read, but I hope it helps/relates with what you're asking.

I'm not Platinum and don't have time to dig it up, sorry. What are the basic tenants? I believe that the body is meant to have carbohydrates and so the idea is to give it just enough for its ESSENTIAL daily functions, while getting the rest of your energy from fats, and taking in shitloads of protein to maximize muscle gain. If you pay attention, you can tell how much protein your body can use. Just go by your shits. Seriously. When I'm on and consuming 450-550g of protein daily my feces are "normal", but when eating that amount and off gear they become harder and denser. If that isn't gross enough for ya then you have some issues to work out.
Personally, I can cut efficiently at 3200-3300 kcal - which is about 600kcal below maintenance eating very clean and very often. I only do cardio about 3 times a week as well on off days and it is low-medium intensity.

Crum's diet is really not all that much different from a CKD. The main difference is that you get some more carbs from vegetables only, but it's still very carb-restrictive.

I agree with SI and naynay....it's not a good diet to be on if you're wanting to do some serious lifting, especially if you're on a cycle.

Boost the carbs.....you can't build at below maintanance, you can only retain/save what you have. If you're going to gain and harden up you need to be above your BMR+Exertion.

I get decent results at 600 above, can the cardio until you're at the end of the cycle, you can't do both successfully (IMHO) and get stellar results.

My cycles are like this:

Bulk/Build 10-12 weeks
Cut 3-6 weeks
Off 8-12 weeks (that's off gear)

Repeat until you're a freak......

Learned from the best, now to impress the rest :D
