So I was chest pressing at the gym and can see the bloat in my arms from the dbol cycle im on... anyone else had this? . I'm on arimidex .5 mg eod as well. Actually liquid anastrozole.

Thats called a pump. When you lift weights blood rushes into your muscles and makes the swell. Its normal and will go down.

Thats good old DBOL for you.

Dbol generally causes bloat. I wouldnt worry about it. It will go away when you start pct.

If your muscles look watery on dbol that's a sign you might not be training hard enough.

Dbol is wet, so its expected. You can control it somewhat though with carb and sodium control and increasing your AI dosage. Otherwise its part of the game running aromatizing compounds
