Ruhl is the freakin man. Dude is hilarious as hell. You see how his face would be all serious when he was trying to intimidate others, then he'd crack a smile when he put his face to the camera.

He chooses to look like that because he's truly passionate about bodybuilding. Nothing but respect for him. I think all he cares about is getting a response from people, whether or not he gets admiring looks I don't think he really gives a shit lol.

Good idea! Wow, I could really make quite an impression. Only two more years til my 20th. reunion. I think if I get to work right now, I could look like Ruhl by then. Yeah right!

On another board a guy recounted a time when he met Ruhl at a meet in Pasadena:
"He was a really cool. guy. I did watch him eat a large steak, two orders of McDonald's fries and drink a 2 liter of diet Coke. Then he went outside and smoked a cigarette, Camel Wides if I remember correctly."
This was in response to someone noticing Ruhl's smoking habits in his videos.
When the guy asked Ruhl what was up with the diet/smoking, he said, "I am paid to be the biggest, not the healthiest."
That is true, just sort of contradictory to how most of us live. I gave smoking up to persue BBing for real, and I don't see how he does it. I have also heard that Pavol, the pro from whatever Russian satellite, also smokes, guess its a European thing?
