did anyone see The History Channel's presentation 'Killing Pablo'? it was about pablo escobar and his entire drug empire, and how the US government helped take that piece of shit down. it was awesome.
 
I saw that one, it was good. I enjoyed the Pic the guys had taken of themselves posing next to his dead body, like they were on a safari.
 
Yes i saw it and it showed an excellent example of the U.S's failed "drug war". It also illustrated how the drug war has destabilised the region and how the US tries to influence foreign governments by demanding their criminals get tried and improisoned in the US. Aside from the blatantly failed foreign policy and the doomed drug war the show illustrated, they story was pretty good.

Did it talk about how the idiotic War on Drugs allows a Pablo Escobar to become a multi-millionaire, with the 1000 percent mark up provided by a black market?
 
i dont think anyone can argue that pablo escobar was the most violent criminal in history. (dictators dont count)

OK, you're an ass and that is that. You are very ignorant to the FACT that the "Drug War" has destabilised the region very badly and will continue to do so. This is a failed policy and somehow i am stupid for seeing it. But you are too patriotic to see it, or at least pretend to be.

Yes, Mark Bowden wrote the book and has become a very close friend to the Delta and Ranger community at large....Hopefully he will also write about *certian* things that went on in Honduras, Nic. and Bolivia.....I really like his no holds barred writing style.

Sad thing is...Another cartel was in place to take over where Pablo left off! It remains in place to this day....

did they mention barry seal in the documentary? i went to high school with his son erin seal-a real prick and a crack/coke head at one point in time.
