good workout tonight so far up in all my weights
 
Me too man, I've been hitting the weights harder than ever with a new training partner, shit is bananas. Yea I said bananas. All swole'd up.
 
i wish i had a partner i moved on him and now i dont lift as much hes a big mofo. we hit 350 on the bench just a bit ago

good shit, just put up 305 on bench today

put up the 115lb db's on incline db press today too.

still kind of grossed out over the giant pimple thread
 
i was a little disturbed doin chest today.

for some reason. while doin flat bench with the bar.

the right side plate kept tapping the upright on the bench. i couldnt seem to figure out where i was off center.

i even dropped the weight way down just to see and i still had the same problem

one side was crooked. (further away from the bench uprights then the other side.)

fuggin wierd. had to stop and do do dumbells.

thats never happened before.

damn thats weirs cause i had to stop today while doing incline the bar kept hitting also and i snapped as usual.

that does not suck at all man. that was one time i usually work with 250 to avoid injury

it sucks considering how much time i've put in...fucking aas heads piss me off, the natty road is an uphill battle

with a shirt though i can bp well over 350...the Titan shirt is the only shirt i've used

that's my sticking point as well...i figure once my metabolism chills out a bit

You are just plain weak. I can bench more than you with a ripped pec. Might as well give it up! ;) j/k man. 305 is a very good bp.
