I was doing shoulder and tris. Here's what i did see what you think. Remember i'm only doing this once a week.
Superset -- dips after every 2 sets (8-10 dips)
Shrugs 5sets or 10
french curls on floor 5 sets of 5
superset -- dips afert every 2 sets (8-10 dips)
military 3 sets of 8
tricep extens. 3 sets of 8
Tri Pulldown 2 sets of 10
My tris are feeling it today after sleep. Prolly one out of 10 times they've felt this good. I hit em hard last night but I know its not overtraining I know that feeling i used to do this same routine 2 times a week. thanks for replies
